To start make a new canvas about 500×200.

Then get the paint bucket and fill the background to your 2nd favourite colour ( preferably green, red or blue.

Then you can put your text in. (NOTE: text has to be white) once you have done that crop your image to size.

Now at the tool bar at the top go to layer>layer style>inner shadow now change the opacity to 100% Distance to 6px Choke to 0% and size to 0% leave everything elseand press OK.

Now I have wasted Your time because this doesn’t work. But if you came back next time there might be something worth your time!
